  • Corporate event coverage starts at $750. Your final investment depends on event length, guest count, and whether you need a second photographer. See our packages above, or tell us about your event for a custom quote.

  • We photograph conferences and summits, galas and awards dinners, corporate retreats, trade shows, product launches, brand activations, holiday parties, and networking events. Every shot list is built around your goals: speakers, sponsors, venue branding, candid networking moments, and group photos.

  • Every package includes on-location coverage, candid and key group photos, venue and sponsor branding coverage, color correction on all images, and a private online gallery. Our Premiere package adds a second photographer and VIP portraits.

  • Yes. Before your event, we review your schedule, key moments, and must-have shots, and we're happy to work directly with your planner or venue coordinator.

  • Yes. Our event photography packages include unlimited usage rights, so you can use the images on your website, social media, press releases, internal communications, and company marketing materials.

  • We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events. If your event is coming up sooner, reach out. We're always happy to check availability.

  • No problem. Additional coverage can usually be added if the event runs longer than scheduled, subject to photographer availability. Any additional time and associated fees will be confirmed with the client before extending coverage.

  • Absolutely. We can add an on-site professional headshot station to your event, complete with studio lighting and a backdrop. It's a great option for conferences, corporate gatherings, and company events where attendees can update their professional or LinkedIn headshots. Learn more about our corporate headshots.

  • Most galleries are delivered within one week.

  • We’re based in Boca Raton and photograph corporate events throughout Palm Beach County and south to Fort Lauderdale, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Wellington, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. For larger events outside this area, additional locations may be available on request.

  • Yes. We photograph corporate events throughout Fort Lauderdale with no travel fee, including galas, award ceremonies, and performances at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and conferences, trade shows, and expos at the Broward County Convention Center. Every event includes candid, keynote, group, and sponsor branding coverage.
