  • Individual Executive Headshot Sessions are $550. Team sessions start at $1,450 for up to 10 people, with packages for teams of up to 30 and 50. Larger teams, multiple locations, or multi-day projects receive a custom quote.

  • Yes. We bring professional lighting, a backdrop, and a full studio setup to your office, so your team never has to leave the building. If an on-location session isn't the right fit, studio sessions are also available by appointment.

  • Individual executive sessions run up to one hour, which leaves time for posing, variety, and two outfits. Team sessions are scheduled in a single day, typically two to three hours, with an efficient flow so employees step away from their desks for just a few minutes.

  • Absolutely. You don't need to know how to pose or feel comfortable on camera. We guide every person through posture, angles, and expression so the final image looks confident, approachable, and natural.

  • Choose polished clothing in solid or subtle colors that fits your company culture. Avoid busy patterns and distracting logos unless they are part of your branding. Executive sessions include two outfits, and we're happy to give wardrobe guidance before your session.

  • Most galleries are delivered within one week of your session through a private online gallery. Executive sessions include 5 high-end retouched images and 10 color-corrected images. Team sessions include one professionally retouched headshot per person.
